Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978 is an American television and model. Burns' television career began in 1995, when she portrayed Peg the character from the Spanish American sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns was a member of the Baywatch cast in 1998. She then starred on the second Baywatch: Hawaii version until her pregnancy forced her to quit the show. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been an exercise model on TV as well as an actor for more than 10 years. Her most famous role is in the role of Jessie Owens of Baywatch. She's best known for playing Shallow Hal in the 2001 commercially successful film.
